Where do I know that genie from? Oh! That other centaur comic! *websearch* Accidental Centaurs. ... Oh... according to TV Tropes, John Lotshaw passed away, this month even. :( And the site's all, "Returning soon." *sigh* I wonder if there's someone else who'll get it together and put the archive up. Ah! It's mirrored on the Wayback Machine.
In 2017, my head wasn't in a good place and I dropped both Accidental Centaurs and this comic for reasons which don't really matter. I got a little obsessed with mythology, but now I think both comics are quite free of the uglier elements of Greek mythology. Anyway, I'm happy to have rediscovered both of them today, if tainted by sadness at the passing of the author of Accidental Centaurs.
It's taking a bit of digging to find the latest non-broken archive of the site. That's normal, but so is my attention span expiring before getting the job done. In fact, my brain will get in a real state if I really try. The Jul 27 2019 capture seems complete to that date. Jan 31 2021 is missing the page images. Maybe I'll find the last complete capture some time in the next few days. If I do, I'll reply here. Reading comics on the Wayback Machine is slow though.
I forgot, the Wayback Machine is very bad at archiving webcomic archives. It never seems to want to get all the pages. Although it's supposedly been archiving Accidental Centaurs for years, on something like the 5th page of the archive it suddenly goes to a 2020 capture where the page image is missing.
Alex and Sam are going to go half-hoarse from all that yelling; Sam is so self-CENTAURED, Lenny is a MAUVE-r and shaker, and Alex is SADDLED with both of them!
