It was a guess actually! It was the only comic I could think of that had transformations being common place enough that it wasn’t an issue and has someone training heroes in it. Sadly, I haven’t been checking in on the Wotch in recent years after their hiatuses a few years ago. ^_^’ Seeing as how it seems to have started back up at some point I should probably remedy this. :D
