if you can 'wish for more arms' maybe someone may not like being made into 'monsters' could they wish themselves back...or perhaps worse. making themselves a worse monster and terrorize people. i am not sure of the book. it may have been a dr suees on. where a kind imagines himself as some sort of hybrids whale.duck deer and i cant remember what else. if what ever this is. is still effecting people. this could go badly. also some one maybe peddling fake cure or immunity pill.
